Phoenix Momentum provides personal coaching services to adults aged 18 and over.

Depending on your needs and what you agree with Gavin, sessions may also incorporate conscious hypnosis, NLP or the TLCC Timeline Technique. These approaches are intended to support personal development, self-awareness, behaviour change, accountability and progress towards your chosen goals.

Coaching is not healthcare

Coaching and hypnosis are not substitutes for medical care, psychological therapy, psychiatric care, addiction treatment or other professional healthcare. Gavin does not diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental health conditions.

You should not delay or discontinue professional care because of information provided through this website or during a session.

Receiving professional healthcare does not automatically prevent you from participating in coaching. Coaching may complement other care when appropriate. If you are unsure whether coaching or hypnosis is suitable for you, speak with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Your participation and results

Coaching is a collaborative process. You remain in control of your decisions and actions.

Gavin will explain any proposed exercise, and you may ask questions, decline it or stop at any time.

Privacy and confidentiality

Your personal information will be handled with care and in accordance with the Phoenix Momentum Privacy Policy.

Further information about confidentiality, record-keeping and any circumstances in which information may need to be disclosed will be provided before paid coaching begins.

Urgent support

Phoenix Momentum is not an emergency or crisis service, and messages are not monitored continuously.
